Real Tested CBD Says: Acceptable
This CBD pet cream from Floyd's of Leadville's brand Odessa's gets an acceptable rating from our expert review staff. It does test very accurately to the label claim for CBD content (just 6 mg under), but it appears to be an isolate product, which means there are no cannabinoids other than CBD in this cream. It does have a unique dispensing/application method, which is nice.

From Floyd's of Leadville:

CBD Pet Cream can be applied directly to the site of pain and rubbed into the skin below the fur. It is formulated to absorb quickly and is not harmful if swallowed but minimized licking is recommended for the first minute after application. A good tip is to apply CBD Pet Cream just before feeding your pet or provide treats right after application. An alternative application site for systemic absorption is the inside of the ear flap.

  • Topical CBD cream
  • Absorbs within a minute
  • All natural, non-greasy, hypoallergenic
  • Manufactured in an FDA registered facility

The product comes with no instructions. My 15 year old dog had bad arthritis. She is also getting the Odessa cbd oil. I still feel she is in some pain she is staring to like a bit in her front leg. I decided to try this product. I don’t understand how it penetrates into the limb with hair even though my dog had thin hair. She is a Viszla.

    Pros:
    • Easy to dispence

    Cons:
    • No instructions. Doesn’t seem to prnetrate
