These people are absolutely WONDERFUL w/a capital W! Super sweet, super kind… SUPER helpful AND incredibly knowledgeable… unlike some places that will sell you a mod while also seemingly knowing nothing about it, here they’re very informative. I appreciate that I can walk in there on a SUPER tight budget & they will always be incredibly straightforward as well as super respectful of what I can afford.

Was sad to see Vapor shark go at first, now I grateful to be in such good hands.

Didn't think I needed to rate a smoke shop. However, an uninformed staff is a problem. I went in for a vape pen. The employee had very limited knowledge and was not able to answer my questions. "They are basically all the same." So, I made a decision based on name recognition, Ooze. Upon purchase, I tried using the pen. It did not work. I immediately went back in and was told I had to charge it first. Fine. I plugged it in my car and went home. A few hours later I went to use the pen. It still didn't work. I went back, same day. I advised the employee I had charged it for several hours. The employee asked if I was charging it in my car. I said yes. They told me: "Vape pens cannot be charged in a vehicle. You fried your battery (pen). " Uh, Not true. My old pen lasted over a year ONLY being car charged. You can Google it too. They refused any exchange or refund and said I had to go through the manufacturer. So, I contact the manufacturer. It turns out the Manufacturer did not care about it being charged in the car, but whether or not it was being charged by one of their brand of chargers. It was not. It did not come with one and I already had several. The store employee didn't tell me this requirement for warranty and It turns out, they don't even sell a charger from Ooze!! So, now the manufacturer will not warranty it either! Do not expect good advice or information from this stoner shop. $30 for a paperweight. Thanks.

I’ve bought several d8 and such vapes from here, today i bought one that was supposed to be 2 grams and only came with around a half gram. i called less than 20 minutes after leaving the store and they said because i had walked out the door they would not accept my return. the “return policy” was not posted anywhere in store and was never mentioned to me. i was not given the opportunity to test the vape before i left, and when i tried it it was completely unusable, would not suck air through at all. i went back in person later this evening and was again told there was no way they could exchange my vape that they sold defective, once again mentioning the return policy that was not visible anywhere around. scammed me out of $70, don’t go here.
