disgusting smoke shop. if you care about where you spend your money don't go here. go across the street to Wild Side literally walking distance from this place. i'll never return here. bought a burnt vape and employee says that theres "nothing he can do about it" after arguing back and forth i ask for a manager and he takes his time walking to the back finally said don't worry about it i'll just never come back here. i've gotten bad vapes before and sucked it up but this one was DISGUSTING and unbearable and i just spent $16 on it for the employee to be rude and say nothing he can do about it? terrible customer service as i said before go to wild side or literally any other shop than this disgusting disgrace of a store.

I honestly wish I could give them zero stars. During my first visit they were very helpful. I needed CBD oil to help with pain control. While I was purchasing no one informed me of a return policy. I was trying CBD oil out for the first time. I was assuming, just like any other place, if something doesn’t work for you, that you could return it. This was not my experience. Upon entering the store to see if I could return the item, they said, very rudely mind you, that they everything is final sale. I asked to talk to a manager and one of the employees mumbled something and I don’t even know what he said then a woman on the floor stocking said, “it’s all over the door and the store, it’s not our fault you didn’t see it.” I have NEVER been treated so rudely at any store. I will never return here and I REALLY appreciate the fact that someone who is in immense amounts of pain can count on the customer service here....

They are rude, unprofessional, and completely inconsiderate. Don’t go here. $40 down the drain. $40 that I could have used to try to help my pain.

I went into the shop a few days ago and was very nicely greeted by the employee Chris. He was very welcoming and was completely patient with me while I asked numerous questions, some more than once. I went into the store very unsure of what piece I would buy. The huge selection also made it much more difficult to decide on what I wanted (seriously this store has such a big selection of things). He gave me very useful answers to my questions and super helped me narrow down my choices until I found something that was great quality for the price. I really enjoy the piece I decided to get. It's well-made and beautiful. After going to other stores before this, I'm glad I decided to visit this location before making a random purchase elsewhere. I think the overall quality and aesthetic of the pieces here were better. I've had some iffy experiences at this location in the past. However, this recent experience restored my loyalty to the store. I will definitely be coming back if I need anything else or have any questions!

Awesome store! Jordan was a great help. He let compare and take apart different hookahs. Ended up buying one of their new mya's. Will definitely be coming back to buy more supplies!

This used to be the place I would go last few times I was there they seems very sedated particularly the Asian gentleman that I talk to I asked for a cap for my Banger it took him at least 30 seconds to process it he took me over to a section that the cheapest one was $45 I had bought purchase them they are in the past for as low as $5 I noticed what I'm looking for behind him I asked again about it he goes processes for another minute and says no we don't have it I'm not going to tell these people to do their job specially if they're too sedated to do it themselves. You've lost a customer of loyal customer
