The Glass House TX is a smoke and toke accessory shop with two location in Dallas and one location in Lewisville. Our glass items are blown by hand by world-renowned glass artists and artisans and sold to you at very reasonable and fair prices. Vendors are represented from all over DFW and all over the country. Best and largest inventory around! Along with other tobacco (and Sheesha tobacco) products for the smoker, we carry many hand-held vaporizers and bag systems as well. We can even customize pipes. What is Delta 8?
Delta 8 is a type of cannabis product that exists in the space between marijuana and CBD. While it has similarities to both, it is its own product.
The product is a derivative of hemp. Delta 8 itself is what happens when the THC in legally usable THC is converted to Delta 8. Where do I start! I’ve been coming here since I started my job as of July 2021 and the entire staff has always been welcoming! Any and every time I come the employees always make me feel special by recognizing me and greeting me. But man oh man do I have the most memorable moments with Bailey! She really is amazing and so helpful! She knows her stuff and she is very confident within her workspace. Anytime I come she is front and center ready to help you. I came in today and she helped me find a new juice that when I tried I LOVED! It’s always an amazing experience when she is there. She makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. The glass house on Frankford wouldn’t be what it is today without her and I couldn’t be more thankful for Bailey and her AMAZING customer service. She needs a raise and next time I’m in i hope I hear she did.

Terrible manager here. The other staff is decent. I’ve been buying stuff from here way before I turned 21. And the crazy thing is, they look at my ID every time. I only say that to show how terrible the staff is. More than half the store is related to marijuana stuff. When I asked a question about something, I got yelled at and told to leave because “nothing is weed related”. I bought a new product that was highly recommended by the staff. After a couple days it was spitting and leaking so much, so I go back in to ask for some advice. Not even a refund or anything. Just advice on how to maybe hit the cart better. Instead I got a shrug. And nothing else.

Tyler was the nicest most helpful employee working here. The negative reviews about “racism” are silly to me because I’ve seen how kind they treat everyone even when they are given issues from customers about IDs and such.

This location has the best employees, I came in to purchase a small thing for the Holidays and Bailey and Mallory had a whole giveaway going on. I won so many things I still cannot believe it. They had a great custumer service and will definitely keep on coming to this store. I would recommend anyone to make this location their location of preference. Bailey and Mallory definetly deserve a raise!
