Very nice little shop with people who care about what they do and high-quality products. My only critique is that the current set-up makes it feel a little intimidating: you walk in and immediately you have two people behind a desk focused on you, and there’s really not much else in there except that desk, so it feels like you’re put on the spot all the sudden. Finding a way to make it feel a little more welcoming and a little less awkward is my recommendation to the owner. Very grateful to have a good shop like this near me.
