I went in for a particular item and Elo knew exactly what I wanted. I didn't know what it was called. Elo is very knowledgeable on what is what! I got my purchase home and it didn't work properly.....so I went back, again Elo fixed the issue (I was the issue), got me all fixed up and away I go. My new favorite place to shop!
