What is Delta 8?
Delta 8 is a type of cannabis product that exists in the space between marijuana and CBD. While it has similarities to both, it is its own product.
The product is a derivative of hemp. Delta 8 itself is what happens when the THC in legally usable THC is converted to Delta 8. Unlike CBD, Delta 8 is reported to actually make people feel a degree of intoxication. It is not quite as intense as marijuana, but users do report a mild euphoria and a change in perception of reality. A variety of anecdotal reports exist about the effects of the substance, with users reporting this type of high. For example, one user reports feeling energized and able to conduct more work. Others have said it helps them feel less anxious and that it reduces pain and anxiety.
Delta 8 exists in an interesting legal space between marijuana and hemp. It is currently legal at the federal level – or at least it isn’t illegal. However, thus far, many states have banned Delta-8, with more following, arguing that it is essentially a drug. Furthermore, the United States Drug Enforcement Administration has proposed banning Delta 8, so how long the product is on the market may be in the air. However, for the moment, unless you live in a state in which Delta 8 has been banned, its purchase, use, and transportation are perfectly legal.
Like CBD products, Delta 8 is available in many forms. These include edibles like gummies, vape cartridges, tinctures, and smokable rocks.

Started shopping here because shipping vape supplies online become cumbersome, instead of dealing with that, decided to support a local store. Was spending money here regularly and sending friends here too. Last month or so they're constantly out of stock of our preferred pods. Constantly. We have been buying them regularly here and call ahead to check if they get shipments because they seem to perpetually not order enough supply. Found them at other businesses locally though.
Today my husband called ahead to see if they have pods in stock, "yes we have a few." No mention of rationing...
Great, drive to the store. Going to ask for probably 2 - two packs, my regular purchase. These pods come foil wrapped 2 pods to a pack. They say I can only buy one. Ok fine, so my trip isn't wasted, one pack is fine. To my surprise... Clerk lady grabs scissors and cuts the foil two pack in half. " We can only sell one pod, there's a shortage." I ask please double check with whomever is allegedly in charge. Yes, the authority figure confirms, "there's a shortage!! One pod per person per day!!"
I told them to keep it and went online and immediately ordered 10 packs (20pods) with no problem, cheap shipping, got a few disposables somewhere else on my way home. They can't keep supply ordered and made up a whole shortage to cover for their poor management that's been going on for weeks. Good luck with that.

They do not stand behind the quality of their products!
I purchased 2 disposable vapes from this shop. One of the carts was 5+ months expired. It tasted awful, the juice looked dark & cloudy.
Long story, short. I took the product back and asked for an exchange. I wanted the same product, just one not yet past the expiration date. Denied. "All sales are final."
That's shady and bad business practices IMHO. If you shop here, triple check before you buy.

The last two times I’ve been here, they’ve been extremely rude to me. One time they gave me the wrong product, and wouldn’t let me return it two hours later because I didn’t have the receipt that they never offered me. The most recent time they were very rude as if I didn’t know what I was talking about, and the coils they gave me none of them work at all and won’t let me get a new pack. I am not new to the vape world, and I know that bad batches happen, but I have never been told “too bad” over a pack of bad coils.
