What is Delta 8?
Delta 8 is a type of cannabis product that exists in the space between marijuana and CBD. While it has similarities to both, it is its own product.
The product is a derivative of hemp. Delta 8 itself is what happens when the THC in legally usable THC is converted to Delta 8. Unlike CBD, Delta 8 is reported to actually make people feel a degree of intoxication. It is not quite as intense as marijuana, but users do report a mild euphoria and a change in perception of reality. A variety of anecdotal reports exist about the effects of the substance, with users reporting this type of high. For example, one user reports feeling energized and able to conduct more work. Others have said it helps them feel less anxious and that it reduces pain and anxiety.
Delta 8 exists in an interesting legal space between marijuana and hemp. It is currently legal at the federal level – or at least it isn’t illegal. However, thus far, many states have banned Delta-8, with more following, arguing that it is essentially a drug. Furthermore, the United States Drug Enforcement Administration has proposed banning Delta 8, so how long the product is on the market may be in the air. However, for the moment, unless you live in a state in which Delta 8 has been banned, its purchase, use, and transportation are perfectly legal.
Like CBD products, Delta 8 is available in many forms. These include edibles like gummies, vape cartridges, tinctures, and smokable rocks.

I bought a glass piece from this location about a month ago. The service was spectacular, I also bought a banger that I still love. But, unfortunately the glass piece I bought broke where the two different kinds of glass meet(clean break, clear craftsmanship issue). This was a gift I bought for someone, it broke in there hand and cut their finger.
Today, I brought this piece back to the shop in hopes of a refund or even a replacement. The employee(to no fault of their own) stated that they could only offer me 30% off of a new piece. Also stated I was outside of the return policy.
My issue is that this was a vendor item made by Pulsar and they could have easily swapped it out and sent it back to the vendor. The mark up on glass is so high due to the craftsmanship, which I respect. When poor craftsmanship isn’t admitted to or alleviated in anyway it forces me to believe that ownership has probably scared the life into there staff to not take any refunds.
I enjoyed my experience and the staff was extremely knowledgeable but this policy is awful and needs to be thought over. Im at a $100 loss on something my friend didn’t even use for a month. I also know it’s a fluke on the brands part because I have a rig from them that I’ve had for over two years with similar structure that hasn’t budged, an actual solid piece. Trying to gouge more money out of me for an already poor experience is such a poor way of fixing things. Anyway have a good day. I will never shop with y’all again.
UPDATE: after sending a reply back to this email. I haven’t heard back. Idk what outsourced customer service line they have; but I shouldn’t have expected much less from then from the way I was treated at the store. Buyer beware.

Small shop with great hours, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Despite the small footprint, they have a great selection of glass and other useful things. Unlike other similar shops I've never felt pressured to spend more than I planned on.
