Viper-Vapor Kelso opened up November 2014 with the main goal to help people quit smoking. Over the years we have learned the in and outs of all vaping devices. Due to local and federal laws, we have been limited to what we can offer for vape liquid flavors. Soon we will get our flavors back! In the mean time, we have brought in locally made CBD products! We have learned the ins and outs of the CBD world to educate all our guests on not just Vape, but CBD as well!
