What is Delta 8?
Delta 8 is a type of cannabis product that exists in the space between marijuana and CBD. While it has similarities to both, it is its own product.
The product is a derivative of hemp. Delta 8 itself is what happens when the THC in legally usable THC is converted to Delta 8. Unlike CBD, Delta 8 is reported to actually make people feel a degree of intoxication. It is not quite as intense as marijuana, but users do report a mild euphoria and a change in perception of reality. A variety of anecdotal reports exist about the effects of the substance, with users reporting this type of high. For example, one user reports feeling energized and able to conduct more work. I'm using my girlfriends Google to review as I don't have one.
I was told I could get a refund on 2 carts I bought on 420.. I originally bought 3... the one I smoked on broke and I had my vape on the lowest setting. I'm sure it was the brand which was king pins or something . Not wanting to take a chance on the other 2 , i talked to one of the employees about it and was told I could go ahead and exchange them for the value I paid. ... when I returned to the store another day with the items I was told that I couldn't return them because I had gotten them on a sale, however I wasn't trying to get the full original value I was only trying to exchange for the 20 dollars I paid. They also know me as a regular customer, so I feel it's kind of weird they would not stand by their word for me. Anyways that's probably the end of my business there. I was told the employees shouldn't have told me I could get a refund... so I guess that's my bad not theirs.
EDIT: The reason I was returning them is because they are defective. I was pretty clear about that in the store having to basically defend myself to the last the second time as she kept provoking me to hit the defective product in the store, to I guess prove they worked.... They're unwanted because they have a design error and after you smoke them for a bit they fail .. not immediately. I told Hayden this and he said "yes bring them back for an exchange" I did and was denied. I think maybe you have been explained the situation wrong. Either way Jerry was called and I was told no. If I'm not mistaken he's the owner.

This place is wonderful. The management and staff are very personable and I always leave in a good mood. During their busy times, they remain friendly, prompt, and tactful. I lucked out when I came in on a whim one day. Highly recommend.

UWD has the best products, customer service, quality builds, and prices around. Do not sleep on their Delta 8 and THC-O products. I live in Texas now, and have tried several local places for those products. Nothing even comes close. It's a must stop by every time I'm in town. Great selection as well!
